Move from functional topics to end-to-end decisions

The programme helps participants see the supply chain as an enterprise performance system, rather than as separate procurement, logistics, and inventory functions. It connects the management choices that shape value flow, service, exposure, cash, and organisational capability.

For an in-house delivery, the programme can be discussed in relation to an organisation’s operating context. Cases, exercises, duration, and the emphasis of individual modules are agreed before delivery; the Academy does not promise a fixed outcome or a one-size-fits-all programme.

Learning design

The learning sequence moves from understanding the current context to applying the material to a real management question:

  1. Assess the relevant capability and decision context.
  2. Learn the management models behind the topic.
  3. Practise with cases and exercises.
  4. Apply the material to an organisation’s own challenge.
  5. Transfer useful tools and routines into ongoing work.
  6. Review the next decisions and practical follow-up.

Before you inquire

An inquiry starts a conversation about fit, delivery choices, and the programme context. It does not enrol a participant, collect payment, or make a claim about certification or accreditation.

Learning outcomes

What the programme is designed to help participants do.

These are learning intentions, not a promise of organisational performance or individual certification.

  1. Frame supply chain as an enterprise performance system rather than a sequence of functional activities.

  2. Connect strategy, planning, sourcing, logistics, risk, finance, and digital choices in management decisions.

  3. Recognise the trade-offs that shape service, resilience, working capital, and supply performance.

  4. Apply practical frameworks to an organisation's own supply-chain management question.

Curriculum

Six applied modules.

Each module brings together management concepts, frameworks, cases, exercises, and practical application. The emphasis can be discussed before an in-house delivery.
